Being a caregiver with No Place Like Home is about more than checking things off a list. It's about showing up, building trust and helping someone live their everyday life with greater comfort and confidence. 

No Place Like Home is looking for compassionate, dependable people who genuinely enjoy helping others. 

We offer flexible scheduling and work to match caregivers with participants in their own communities. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Every participant is different, so every day may look a little different. Depending on the individual care plan, you may help with:

• Personal care, hygiene & dressing
• Meal preparation & grocery shopping
• Light housekeeping & laundry
• Mobility & transfers
• Medication reminders
• Transportation & errands
• Appointments & everyday organization
• Companionship & conversation
• Following each participants individual care plan

Above all, you'll be someone a participant can count on and trust.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The best caregivers bring patience, kindness and reliability into someone's home. 

We're looking for people who:

• Are compassionate & respectful
• Communicate well & listen
• Are dependable & organized
• Can follow an individual care plan
• Take safety & responsibility seriously
• Are comfortable assisting with personal care & everyday activities
• Have caregiving & LNA experience (preferred, but not required)

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• 18 years of age or older
• High School diploma or equivalent 
• Valid driver license 
• Reliable transportation & valid auto insurance 
• Clean criminal background check & screenings
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
