About being a No Place Like Home LLC Caregivers
Join Our Team of Amazing Caregivers! We are actively hiring caregivers for multiple locations. No Place Like Home is a local family owned home health care agency based out of Concord NH. We offer many options for employment. We have full and part time positions.
We have positions that need coverage IMMEDIATELY.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Following a basic Care Plan – Care plans are created by the Regional Managers, clients, and other family members. Caregiver’s will be following the care plan to provide services and tasks for our clients.
- Housekeeping tasks– It’s important for caregivers to assist clients with keeping a safe and clean home environment. Duties related to housekeeping will typically involve but not limited to making the bed, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen, vacuuming, taking out the trash, dusting, laundry, and organizing.
- Organization – Caregivers will help clients make grocery lists, appointments, and staying on top of their day-to-day actives.
- Hygiene assistance - Caregivers assist clients with but is not limited to; showers, sponge baths, shampooing hair, hand and foot care, applying lotion, brushing teething, dressing and other bathing activities.
- Toileting – Caregivers assist clients with reminders, using the toilet and incontinent care (changing depends).
- Mobility assistance– Caregivers assist clients with transferring and mobility functions. Clients need help using their mobility devices like a gait belt, walker, wheelchair or cane etc.
- Basic food preparation - Caregivers assist clients with the grocery shopping to preparing the food. Helping clients keep the fridge full of meals and snacks.
- Medication reminder - Caregivers assist clients with medication reminders as directed by the care plan.
- Transportation – As a caregiver you will need car insurance, a vehicle and a valid driver’s license, a lot of client need help with getting out into the community and errands.
- Companionship –It’s a very important part of a Caregivers job! Caregivers provide emotional support to their clients by providing conversation, listen to stories, and interacting in activities.

PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as a caregiver and/or LNA background desired
- Knowledge of housekeeping activities and basic cooking skills with attention to dietary constraints
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
- Respectful and compassionate demeaner
- Good time management skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong ethics
- Great documentation skills
- Physical endurance
- Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
- The ability to follow a basic care plan
REQUIREMENTS
- Eighteen years of age or older
- Valid driver license
- Reliable personal transportation
- Valid Car insurance
- Clean criminal background check
- Clean BEAS check
- Tuberculosis screening
- Heath Form
